Looking through the text dump for BHDC, and have noticed a few lines of dialogue that aren't actually used. Will update the topic as I find them. Here's a monologue from Leon:
Thus, I went from a mere police officer to the back of the government. All of me was changed by that incident. Sometimes I wonder, if I did not come across the incident, I may have been looking at death and tearful faces. That couldn't happen. That incident of total darkness, sometime I will escape this negative loop. Recovering people's smiles. Can I do it?

Leon and Ada's exchange in the "Death Match" scene is a little longer.
ADA: Child of the pathetic Umbrella...
LEON: Ada!
ADA: This place is gonna blow. You're running out of time. Escape; and Leon...
LEON: Over my dead body. I'm taking you.
ADA: You must have heard from that woman... who I am?...
LEON: So what? I agreed to help you.
ADA: Strange. It was such a short time. I thought you'd say that...
LEON: Ada.

Shame they didn't keep that monologue. I think it shows a nice bit of insight into Leon's character.
