Default If you had to be thrust into any RE game right now, Which would it be?

Sounds cool right? Running around popping Ganado as Leon or exploring the Arklay mansion as Chris.... WRONG! When you get plopped into an RE game, you get NO epic weapon skills, nor any Chris 'roid strength. You get thrust into a situation in which you only have the contents of your pockets at this very moment and any skills you have obtained in your biohazard free life thus far... which game do you think you could survive in? And remember, there are no ink ribbons to save you... when you die, you're dead! Also, for kicks, tell us which title you think you couldn't survive.

In my case, I think I could survive RE2 more than any of the others because it seems like all you had to do in order to survive was to reach the military blockade way outside the city. That being said... that's a lot of zombies to avoid. The game I would be least likely to survive would probably be RE5. I mean, a whole REGION is infected, How do you escape that without being a special forces style BSAA agent?

Well, given I'm not wearing pants...I'm fucked.

I'd go for Outbreak. It's at the earliest point on the timeline, infection wise, and at least I'd have some equally inept people to throw out as zombie bait.

Let's face it. Most of us would fall to the ground and adopt the fetal position (or any other position - since we would be SCREWED!) if we had to face most of the stuff in the RE games.

However, if I had to jump into any game it would be RE3. Nemesis wouldn't go after me!

RE3 or RE5. The best odds for me would be running through the chaos in an open environment.

The worst ones I'd prefer to avoid are RE1 or Revelations because being closeted in a secluded setting with little hope of escape frightens me more.

I'll take civilians hostage and throw them to the hungry masses as zombie bait in order to cover my own escape.

How could you?! XD On a side note, how epic would that pic be if instead of GENE simmons, it was RICHARD simmons?

Probably RE1, I'd just throw Brad out the helicopter, drop Wesker off and tell him to go to the Spencer Estate on his own lol.

Mercenaries 3D, only need to survive for 2 minutes until rescue, plus can punch people and have lightning explode from my fists.

Unless you can really throw thunder from your fist, you're kinda screwed. I don't think an average human can punch a mutant beast's head off.

On the other hand, if you have Yakety Sax on your Ipod and can run like a whippet, this is probably the smartest option.

I'd go for RE3 and Outbreak since like everyone else, I can use civilians as bait but not any kind of civilians, the slow, whiny, annoying, loud-mouth types. I can't stand them! O_O and if by luck I might find a dead body of an RPD officer or an UBCS mercenary and I can "borrow" their equipment, as long as they don't end up being zombies when I found them. '

Lightning from fists is a melee skill, not a weapon skill! The perk clearly shows this :p

It's difficult to tell which RE game I could survive in since there is no way to estimate your true potential in a situation like this . I could either die against the very first zombie or against the final boss. The same for everyone else. But If I had to make a choice, I'd pick either RE1 or RE2. In RE3, CV, RE4 and RE5, the protagonists survive because they already had a first contact with B.O.W's before and are experienced soldiers or government agents.

I'd say RE2. Because in RE1, Wesker play with S.T.A.R.S by throwing Hunters at them, by putting riddles, etc...In reality, RE1 would be much harder than what we see in the game. And if an elite police officer can die during RE1, there's no way I (a regular civilian) can survive that.

RE2 seems the most possible. You just need to reach the police station and find a secret exit. Still very hard considering Tyrant and Birkin. But since you arrive late in Raccoon, you already avoided all the beginning of the outbreak so all the monsters are less fierce.

I'd die in every single one. No doubt about that. And right now I'm only in PJ's so yeah, goodbye Gradon. :L

Well considering that I'm in boxers and a t-shirt at the moment, I'd say I'd be pretty screwed in any of them. If I had to choose though, I think I'd probably go with Outbreak. Least that way, I'm with other survivors and I have a better chance of making it out alive. Still gotta find a way to make daylight though before I turn.

That's why I went with RE3. But RE5 seems a bit more complicated. I mean, where do you run to?

In Revelations, there is this dude that was trying to survive by hiding out inside a locked area full of food and supplies. He thought he had it made. But nope, he was doomed.... damn oozes can get through any crack or air ventilation duct. So if you're in a room with air and ventilation, you're pretty much dead (or worse than dead).

The castle levels in RE4 because at least I have some real-life experience running around creepy European castles.

The Outbreaks, because I'd have the sense of getting a car and driving away from the zombies, even if there are accidents and blocked roads I doubt that every single street in the entire city was filled with flaming wrecked cars.

RE1 (not remake, I don't want crimson heads LOL). Problem with RE3/2/Outbreaks and so on is that you have a city FULL of infected plus BOWs. In RE1, you'll have to sort it out with the mansion's zombified staff and some BOWs. I'd run like hell from the mansion, Cerberus are dangerous, but I guess you can have a better shot facing them than hordes of zombies, lickers, hunters, Nemesis, T-103s, Nicholai being an ass, and what not.

Hrm... That sounds like an interesting story. I am now intrigued.

I dunno if that strategy would work. I get the feeling that running motor vehicles would attract a lot of undead attention. A car can only run through so many zombified hordes before it breaks down/airbag deploys and you get zombified while unconscious.

That's a cop out. XD And you never know, the whole situation might go Freddy Kruger on you... When you die in your dreams, you die for real! :O
