This news is a couple of days old, but I guess its better to be late than never.
According to Toucharcade, a mobile Resident Evil game was shown on the E3 show floor by GREE, a global mobile and social publisher. The tentative title is "Resident Evil VS", which looks pretty similar to "Resident Evil Mercenaries VS" on the ios platform (maybe it is just an enhanced version of the ios game). GREE is adding a brand new and vague "social element" into the mix, and probably some hefty free-to-play mechanics. Check out the link for screenshots.

Looks better than the 3DS Kinda , they keep making ****y games and nothing for the PS Vita , Great !

There must be something wrong with your eyes if you actually think this looks graphically better than the 3DS version of Mercenaries.
