New Umbrella Chronicles Details

Some new details for UC have surfaced.

According to Yoshi Sato at 1Up, Umbrella Chronicles has been confirmed for 2 player co-op mode in the latest Famitsu weekly magazine.

Also confirmed is that players will be able to use grenades and other explosive objects in the background to kill multiple zombies (and presumably other enemies) at once.

The location the players will start in is determined by which character you choose. Such as choosing Rebecca will have the player start in the train cars as in RE0.

I always assumed it'd have a two player when I heard Chris and Jill in the game footage. Plus it'd be dumb not to include a two player, hopefully you can add a certain amount of competition to it by it keeping a tally of # of enemies each player killed and maybe keeping that record on your Mii,

As a side note wouldn't it be wicked if you could download extra Mii options like a little Zombie Mii faceset and so forth as an extra incentive for completing certain challenges or difficulties . . .

They could turn it into achievement points 2.0 ;). Sounds promising certainly. Should be fun, albiet short.
