i've heard some theories on the ricin going to lydia or even walt himself. i think walt might die of the cancer naturally though, that would be a happy ending to me because his time just ran out and it's not like anyone's caught him.

i'm wondering what grey matter has to do with this story now, it really brings things around full circle bringing them up again.

Basically they added it because a dying kid suggested adding more background on Gray Matter.. not sure if that means they will be in the final episode or not. Probably not. I think Gray Matter just serves as a way to motivate Walt to fight for his legacy as Heisenberg rather than give it up and become nothing. I want to see the scene in the promotional photo with Walt and the stacks of money, addressing the nation on TV about who he has become, that would be kick ass and sort of a spin on the start of the series when he recorded his confession for his family.

wow, that was really nice of them to fulfill a dying boy's wish. now that you put it that way, it does make sense for gray matter to just serve as a reminder--because there's way bigger fish to fry for the last episode than gretchen and elliot imo lol. i wonder if the money will truly see it through to his family or not at the very end, i want to see what ingenious way he'll pull that off since mike didn't do so well at that kinda thing (granted walt is smarter than mike).

i also think jesse's gonna live at the end--guess we'll know 2 days from now .

i want to pick up another show after this one, not really sure which though--this one's hard to beat

Maybe he does it through the money Gray Matter mentioned ($28 million dollars to help the drug problem). Now that I think about it, it doesn't seem too insignificant a detail Not sure how exactly it would work but this is Heisenberg we are talking about - a guy who can take out people like Gus Fring. I'm pretty sure he will do something clever before dying.. that is after getting the money back in the first place.

Not long now till we find out! Gonna open the whiskey early before watching it, I have a bottle of Wild Turkey ready for the finale, Mike's whiskey of choice

I don't think I'll watch anymore TV shows after BB. Seen enough of them.. I'll finish Walking Dead (which kinda sucks at the moment). It helps to of seen a couple of TV shows in your life, but it reaches a point where it no longer does anything for you. Especially after the 10/10 that is Breaking Bad.

I was kinda thinking the same, myself.

I'll definitely finish Californication, which seems to have been dragging it's ass for years. The relationship between Karen and Hank is pretty stale, at this point, and there's only so many wild/crazy scenarios Hank can find himself getting into before it becomes "meh, again?".

...same for Walking Dead, but I haven't really enjoyed that show too much. The first season was decent, and then, the second season just went by sooooo sssllllloooowwwwllllyyyyy. And then, came that God-complexed, assface Governor. Ugghk.

Other than that, I really don't care. I only like to watch tv on Sunday nights, anyways.

As for Breaking Bad, I have no idea what's going to happen, but if it ends like The Sopranos, I will certainly be pissed off. And I definitely wouldn't be the only one.

walking dead has been disappointing me for a while now its sad because it had a lot of promise. i think you could recap an entire season in 1-2 paragraphs lol. but i'll still watch it, i don't know why... i guess i just hate leaving something unfinished

i used to watch californication years ago but stopped; by what you've said up there mark, i take it hank still didn't get back with karen? is his daughter still the same? lol

honestly, i'm looking forward to game of thrones, that's one of my favorite shows!

and as for breaking bad, i should do something to celebrate the last ep too--the only thing coming to mind is meth, but i'm not that crazy maybe i'll just bake a pizza instead

Yeah. No point watching this far, and then just ditching it... but you mentioned a great point, "you could recap an entire season in 1-2 paragraphs".

It's amazing that so much, yet so little happens in this series. It's a great human drama, but for the most part, people just talk. And talk. And then, they talk some more. It's so bad, the only things I really look forward to are when the group takes down a group of zombies... but even that has somehow lost it's charm.

                Nope, not yet.

In the last episode of last season, Hank had yet another epiphany while he was touring with a rock star and groupie-chick he shacked-up with, which led him back to Karen. The season ended on yet another cliffhanger, where he knocks on Karen's door, waiting for her to open/response.

As for the daughter, she seems to be the same emo chick, only aged and a bit more mature. That, and she really doesn't get much airtime. Last season, she spent some quality time with Marilyn Manson (as himself), trying to learn life lessons.

                Same bullshit, different season.

agreed! and if it's not them talking, it's them taking up airtime staring off into the distance or showing them walking for a few minutes--last season seemed to do that a lot. my expectations for this season aren't very high, but who knows maybe there will be a come back the new season starts soon right?

lol as for californication, i think hank's always gonna end up with karen anyway--i remember them having big commercials on "who will hank pick", though the choice was obvious to me. also, i think there's only so much sexcapades hank can do before it gets dull? i first started watching that show with a guy i was dating years ago, but to be truthful i was only watchin it for the softcore porn

Hmm, well that was kind of a boring, predictable finale to be honest. It didn't feel like Breaking Bad at all. It felt hurried and rushed.. They extended the run time yet filled it with junk - Walt waiting in the car while police go by, Jesse and his box, Skyler crying. So much filler.. Too much went unseen, like finding Hank's body etc.. This should of been over 2 hours easily. And too many plotholes - why would they let Walt drive in there lol, and especially without even checking his car properly for guns/explosives (they probably know he is dying of cancer I imagine, and that they have 70 mil of his money). I see they tried to make him more human than drug dealer, yet when he talks to Skyler he says "I did it for myself".. honestly, I would of preferred him going back to Heisenberg rather than Walt

Oh well, overall the season was excellent.

Felt that was more or less a case of him more or less being in a conflicting state of realizing he actually enjoyed the success and thrill of it all and also realizing he'd put the blame for his actions onto his family by more or less saying he did it for them (which, of course, is true, but in telling them that ... they'll feel guilty/responsible for his actions.) -- So ... only "good" way out is to put blame back on himself.

Seriously, with hank and the other agent gone, no one told him it was safe to leave. X3

I think this video can explain the Walking deads many problems

i wondered this too! the way they patted him down was so thorough then why didn't they bother checking the trunk. that gun device he made was pretty cool though! he was a one man army lol

at least the show ended somewhat completely; i'm glad nobody caught him and he died with his creation in that meth lab. i was expecting the season to end heisenberg style, like something crazy but he died like walt. i guess he needed to clear his conscience before death. i can't complain though--it was a really great series.

it's hard, but if i had to pick a favorite--i think ozymandias was one of the most powerful episodes of the series. that knife fight scene especially

and lol wrath, that video does have a lot of truth to it--i always thought it was so lame how a whole pack of zombies would come outta nowhere all of a sudden, like where were people's eyes who were supposed to be scouting the area D:
i knew it was downhill and predictable when they were searching that entire season for sophia and she was in the barn the whole time.
ah well what ya gonna do, i'm still gonna watch it

Walter White went out like a fucking BOSS.

                              Very well done.

I havent watched any episodes, but I'm a big Bryan Cranston fan from his days as 'Hal' in 'Malcolm in the middle", so now that the whole series is out I'll end up catching it at some point.

I'm even more impressed by how cool Byran Cranston and Aaron Paul are in real life.
