I'm not sure if i'm understanding what you're trying to say. Are you saying that the various zombie growls in this trailer aren't used in the actual movie? I haven't watched it in quite a long time now so I don't remember.

The zombie growls are used in the old Japanese VHS and LaserDiscs, including in Japanese theaters in 1986.
