Ashley 2 is from a beta,dated 08/13/2004!!This Models of her doesnt got a face and hands!The colours and pattern got some differences to the final one!Her hair looks different too!

Quite a lot of people who'd rather look attractive and be warm in autumn/winter rather than running around in one of the most comically bad, poorly chosen outfits imaginable.

That looks like an aviator or motorcycle coat, but probably the last one, as the aviator ones are made of different material on the inside, like wool.
