As for PS3 exclusives? I can't think of any horror titles that come to mind. Homecoming just came out and from what I hear, it's worth looking into. Dead Space too.
Folklore is a decent exclusive. It has a few flaws but it's a genuinely enjoyable game with a very interesting art direction (very Burton-esque but with subtle hints of originality) so yeah, try that one. It's kind of like an RPG but more action orientated, and without levelling up. Scratch that, it's an action-adventure title, not an RPG =P
