Two quick Fallout 3 questions

I'm playing the PC version again, and have racked up about 20 hours of playtime so far. Haven't even been to Galaxy News Radio yet There's so much other stuff to do

Anyway:

1. Is there a cover feature like in GTAIV or Gears Of War?
2. Can you COMPLETELY holster a weapon? I know you can deselect it and have your fists out, but I want it so my character just runs normally.

Yes, you can holster your weapon completely. You have to in some areas, I think. And I don't recall a cover system at all.

Didn't they teach you how to do that at the beginning of the game? A simple look at a walkthrough on GFAQS could have easily answered your questions.

The manual says nothing about holstering a weapon, and I doubted there was a cover system anyway.

I, too, have a Fallout lunchbox. It's awesome. I make sandwhiches and eat them out of the box even when at home. Because I can.
