Damn yo, that is hot. I gotta get my hands on Bioshock, I've been meaning to do it for a long time...now the sequel only makes me wanna play it even more. Looks like those Big Sisters are gonna be pretty damn creepy.

it seems to be rehashing a lot of things from the first game though. Seems more like an expansion pack instead of a proper sequel.

So will the 360 and PS3 get it at the same time this time around?

Oh dear. What have they done? Does seem like a pointless prequel to me. Don't like the concept either, especially considering the events of the first game.

This'll be a rental at best. Loved the first game though (brilliant storyline and gameplay).

Well, that looks really really boring. Thus far it looks practically identical to the original Bioshock in every way, which is not promising for me as i just found that to be an exercise in tedium for the entire game. They seem to be broadening the palate of enemies, though - That's a start i guess. I never want to fight another houdini splicer as long as i live.

It isn't a prequel at all. You play as the original Big Daddy and battle a single Big Sister throughout the game; I believe she is one of the Little Sisters from the first game all grown up. It is based 10 years after the events of the original.

Thank you for clearing that up! Some people are so misinformed.

So does this mean the good ending was the canon one ? The little sisters are still young kids so they're obviously new kids, not the same one's if it's set 10 years later.

The big sister could be a little sister who was left astray .. ?

The Big Sister is the one that got Rapture back on its feet, so to speak. She was one of the Little Sisters, which is why she knows so much about the city's secrets. She got the Adam flowing again, and saved the city. She keeps things in order within Rapture, taking out anything she sees as disrupting her peace. She will not mind you so much at first, but once you start killing other Big Daddies and taking their Little Sisters, she will notice and start stalking you.

I'd say either the good ending where all Little Sisters were saved, or where some were saved is canon. I'm really looking forward to finding out about Big Sister.
