Sony's patent battle with LG over Blu-ray takes a new turn:

All shipments of PS3's to Europe are presently being confiscated by local customs officers. This was done because of a recent ruling which was handed down in the Netherlands.
If Sony is found to be violating LG's intellectual property, it could potentially be forced to pay substantial compensation for each PS3 ever sold, likely in the hundreds of millions of dollars range.

) are for the PS3. I do personally enjoy the whole online setup better on the 360. Though that's not to say I don't use the PS3's, which is also sufficient. The Wii has enough quality exclusives where I don't have to really worry about getting bored, on top of all the Virtual Console stuff that always seems to pull me back in. The WiiWare selection is nice, as is the PSN store, but again, the XBLA seems to have the richest library of downloadable titles.
