A lot of chapters were cut from Heavy Rain, at one point Madison and Jayden were to meet late in the game. That was cut and instead during the game she just magically knows him/his personal number. Was an entire supernatural subplot also that got dropped, though important remnants are left in the game creating plot holes.

When I think Nintendo is going on the right track they do this kind of thing. It's like they want to be left behind on some aspects, during the 32-64 bit era they didn't want CD and got fucked because of it, on the next generation it was that mini-DVD and basically no online presence, this generation is sub-standard graphics and no high definition, shit online, Mii's and small storage.Originally posted by Dracarys View PostOh Nintendo.

While I'm by no means condoning this stupid decision, you can also use your own hard drive as well, along with SD cards like the Wii.
And by comparison, Xbox had 0 memory internally.
The PS3 had large HDDs and support for external hard drives too though. So this is just Nintendo blatantly showing that they're trying to cut costs as absolutely low as possible.

But I've read somewhere you can use a USB HDD drive this time, without HAAAAXXXXXX... Better than overpriced "propietary" HDDs (as in we put normal hdds on a special case, huh Microsoft?).Originally posted by Dracarys View PostOh Nintendo.

Current arcade games occupy half of that.

I do think that Nintendo does need to get a little more bold on their own titles though.
They should make survival horror game on their own, no ghost shit though.
Seriously though they are pretty creative when it comes to their own brands and I think they should apply that for, hell even a teen rated survival horror game.

Well, about this E3... I don't wanna say this on the RE6 thread because it might upset the gushers... but this is the first time EVER where other games at E3 got me more excited than a new Resident Evil game.
The Last of Us, Watch Dogs, Star Wars 1313... hell, even ZombiU with it's survival-horror elements like PERMA-DEATHS.
RE6 was just, I dunno... gameplay wise it didn't do much for me.Stuff to remember: Avoid forums if you're having a bad day.

You know, when Sony was at their final presentation, when everything went dark and then I could hear sounds that come from a lively forest, Metal Gear started creeping up my mind and wondering this was Kojima's big reveal, until I heard the Last of Us' character voices but still...
