Japan illegally broadcasts China's drama and series

Japan's TV programs have broadcasted 9000 episodes of China's Drama and Series to Japanese local audience without any authorship's authorization.

These owners of Dramas and/or Series in China have sued one of them, SKYperfecTV LTD. which is Japanese Channel 785 has done this. So far, Channel 785 has illegally broadcasted 300 albums of Chinese drama and series. According to Japan's high lawcourt, SKYperfecTV LTD. is going to pay 10,000,000-15,000,000 Japanese Yen for each episode which has been illegally broadcasted.

The broadcasted drama and series includes "永不瞑目" (Never close eyes in death), "环珠格格" (Chuckle Of Huan Zhu), etc.

Project Omega, lol. Yes, the litigation was completed and the procedures of payment has begun. According Tencent News, Chinese movies and drama are very popular and ad-hoc in Japan as the demands are surprisingly high. These 9000 episodes are just the ones incluled from 2003-2006 in this litigation. And more of them that Japanese TV programs did before haven't been included.

SinValentine, Yes, you are right. Japanese history is less 500 years and most of their cultres including language were learnt from China, the country has cultures of 5000 years, even tho Japan modified some of them, (that's why Chinese can read Japanese newspapers...) And more people from western nations had lived in Japan for long time, that made some of Japanese are hybrid. So we really don't have much to talk about Japan's history as there was almot nothing belongs to themself.

But Japan has advantage of the latest technology and economy in the world because they work hard...the average sleeping time of each person in Japan is only 5 hours. They copied tech and learnt reverse-engineering from Germany during since WW2...No, since it's eastublished...first learnt from China, and Germany then. And then they started doing thing by themself...

When Japan broke away from failure of war and got developed, it towarded to world with it's new weapon, "Acculturation" instead of aggression by force.
An expample, I think you guys know "Son Goku" if you read Gragon Ball. Please note Son Goku is supposed to be pronounced as Sun Wu Kong, because he's a charactor in Chinese famous fiction, "Journey to the west". But there are not too many people know it.
Another example, You all guys should know Japanese pr0n very much. (Don't tell me you haven't watched any!!!), but actually the first pr0n was made in Ming Dynasty of China, the book names "Jin Ping Mei" (Clubs in gold vase)
The last example, there are lots of "Japanese" restaurants in most of western nations, actually they cook mixed Chinese-West food. But people keep saying thanks to their "Japan"...

People of China and Japan have to live together nowadays 'coz two countries rely on each other for both cultures and economy. I hope the world is going better and better.
