Internet really should require some sort of certificate, like driving and such.
"Information is for everyone", sure sure, but even the public library requires you to at least sign up for a library card to borrow books + you need to stay quiet while browsing the selection.

Well when people grow old, it doesn't always guaruntee that they will also grow up. Sad truth of life, really. Some of the other forums I frequent are more for adult issues (politics, porn, programming, and other non-P words and what not).

Also, to answer your other question: The toilet is a few steps away so you give them a proper burial at sea
