There is no god or gods we are just a race that evolved to survive the changing of the earth just look at all the other species that became extinct was that a act of god or was it just that they did not evolve to survive. Its only logical to follow evolution.

As I understand it most Satanists look up to Lucifer as someone who dared to seize his own destiny from God's hands rather than as someone who tells them to go eat babies. They simply want to master there own destiny.

Pretty much. That describes Theistic Satanism ie. viewing Satan as a deity to worship. There's also laVey Satanism which is glorified Atheism.

Honestly the "reverse Christianity" sect of Theistic Satanism dedicated to opposing God and supporting Satan kinda makes sense. God killed more people in The Bible than Satan ever did. He'a also the one condemning us to Hell unless we get baptized and all that crap.
