Any contact initiated by the stalkee is a bad idea. It gives the stalker the impression the person is interested in them even if it's a very negative way. Often they'll even twist something like, 'Get out of my life you freakish scumbag' into something like, 'save me Creepy Stalker Man! You're my only hope!' They are, after all, a stalker.

I have this one guy that DOESN'T. BLOODY. GET IT. He's more annoying than creepy, but when one continues to hit on you after you've said "I don't want to be your friend, I don't want to hang out with you, I don't want to make out with you and I really, really, REALLY don't want to sleep with you" then the urge to kill rises. Just the fact that almost every time I log onto my deviantART his name is at the top of my recent visitor list ANGERS me and makes me want to take down my photos.
