No if it's meant to be Multi-Platform and like Revelations, I welcome a REmake of RE2 made in the vain of Revelations.

Why no if it's multi-platform ? There are tons of people who want to play a Remake of RE2 but don't have certain consoles.

I knew it was fake since it said Wii U exclusive and secondly Dual Pixels would've mentioned it earlier just like Revelations + RE:OTF + RE6:Final Hope ...
Soo many RE games will come yet, hard to see a RE2make coming that fast.

Those rumours were awful and had no ground to stand on. They said that Revelations was Wii U exclusive and included with a port of the RE6 for Wii U. Take all of it with a grain of salt. Whats even funnier is Revelations ratings from Korea leaked about 7 days before those rumours and theres no mention of an Xbox or PS3 version, how can ONE person know EVERYTHING about the industry? Bullshit, and I don't get why those rumours were hyped so much.

Also I back up the statement, why no multi-platform? Multi-platform is viable for everyone because:

A.) More people get to play the game.

B.) More money for Capcom.

C.) More people happier.

Just to be clear - if this is the real and the now usual 'we've gone mad and now when the car crash Leon leaps out of it, ride the tanker explosion and goomba stomps a zombie to death as he hits mach five coming down while all Claire's clothes are blown off by the explosion' style bullshit, I will piss so hard, from here, that the stream will slice through Capcom Japan, killing hundreds.

All I have to add to all this is a quote from Steve Carrel.... NOOOOOOOO!!! If this happens, I just know they'll fuck it up, I can feel it in my bones. I know there are a lot of people who want RE2 remade with RE4/5/6 style controls, but that just won't work. To be clear, I loved RE4's control scheme, but it just wouldn't work being shoehorned into RE2.

Anyway, I think most of us know by now to take nothing Rely On Horror says seriously. Like many, I would love to see RE2 (and RE3) get the remake treatment, but only if done correctly - and by correctly, I mean like Remake, not RE6.
