Resident Evil 2 Nightmare mode

Has anyone tried it because I did and i defently think it lives up 2 the name nightmare mode i mean I rarely die in RE and that mode just freaking even makes you worry about fighting zombies because it takes 2 clips 2 kill em and ive only beaten leon A on nightmare Im working on beating Claire b but any who has anyone else tried this diffcult mode and if so tell your stuff about it

i've never have, but the thing i always wonder is that you use twice the amount of ammo clips for a monster, so how can you do the whole game with just the standard amount of ammo, or do you get extra ammo?

omg dude it's riduclous ok for leon and claire when your pick up handgun ammo you get 20 whoopide do and when you pick up shotgun shells u get 5 bullets instead of 7 and for magnum bullets you get 6 instead of 8 and for grenade/acid/flame rounds u get 4 instead of 6 and for bow gun rounds you get 12 instead of 36 and I was playing with claire b this morning and i died because i got 2 cocky thinking im in orange caution so dont heal myself until you get hit one more time so i payed a heafty price by a stupid dog jumping on me grrrrrr but like i said my fault and i learned my lesson HEAL YOURSELF WHEN YOUR IN ORANGE CAUTION but n e who yeah i got to do that all over again since when i play re2 i never save becasue the game is so short and want to get the extra and the dreamcast version of re2 is really the best in my opinon

I talked with TheSelfishGene about it, and he said exactly the same thing: it's shit hard.

yeah and on top of that no AUTO AIM gosh its not that im a bad shot but damn I really do need to conserve ammo by not shooting the damn wall sometimes

My RE2 on PC doesn't have auto-aim at all. My PlayStation version (Beta 2, not the real one), does though.

sounds like a challenge. im interested to try and beat r.e 2 in an hour and half but when i get to the labs i think i'll forget what to do, so that means i need to play it twice in a week which i can't do really with old games.

Ahhh the lab my favorite part of the game but n e whoooo yeah you should totally go for the challenge it is easy but the fastest ive beaten re2 is 1 hour and 39 mins

and ohhh by the way does Claire's Spark Shot lower down your rank if you use it I heard some where it does so i never picked it up and i think im gonna need it for nightmare mode

Thanks but ahhh for nightmare mode omg zombies man zombies are so annyoning they don't even stumble if you use leon's custom H&K VP70 or claire's greande launcher it takes 2 or more damn shots with the grenade launcher

I reckon! Lol, nightmare-unbeatable mode. That's what I want. No sprint, only just enough ammo to defeat the bosses, low supplies of healing, and only ten saves. What do you think?
