    @ Jack Bauer: Don't get a 8800, go 200 higher Geddit?
@ Kevstah: That's probably because those drives spin the other way. But I could be wrong.

It's bullshit there are two specific LG drives that can rip gamecube games perfectly and anyway why would you run it from the discs when it's faster to run from an ISO image???. I used GCOS with SD Media Launcher on my GC to run this RE4 Trial and it worked fine now if anyone has the BIOHAZARD 4 Trial for GC up it please :-p

Jack, Emulation isnt as good as you might think currently for the Gamecube. The best thing you can do is get an ATI card, and a 64 bit OS. I hear the new dolphin runs it extremely well, but there are still errors. You can't run RE4 properly on an emulator with your setup.
Well, I'll try in a week, when my new graphics card (Nvidia/BFG 8800 Ultra) gets here.

Oh, and I'm running on a 64 bit, with 2 Gigs of RAM.

You can't play any GC games on PC, no emulator can do it properly. Most games run at 5fps if you're lucky.

    Its a gamecube file ;)

Really, theres not much you can do other then have a modded GC / Wii, or a way to boot the files with a loader on the GC.

Okay: Buy a PS2, install a mod chip, burn the ISO, play! That's all you can do, really.

No, it's not you....I just have a thing for absurdist humor. I find computer errors and glitches to be absurd and thus....more hilariously funny then I should. I either laugh or cry over them because, as most of us know, they are very tormenting.

I actually don't really see why the pic is so funny... Is it something I missed?

I don't want to derail the thread by jumping into a conversation with Helegad about a new Operating System I heard about being developed by the Asian Tigers a few years back, as much as that would interest me so, instead. I'll ask for more funny emulator pics! PLEASE!
