RE4 Pc Questions

I just got RE4 Pc and I have a question about it.
It seems to run at a very low FPS, is there any way I can make it run faster?

Do you know where I can find the graphics settings?
Sorry, I dont play alot of games on my PC.

Download 3d Analyze. Run program, [SELECT] game.exe (from RE4 folder), and select "force max pixel shader 1.4", and then [RUN].

The game will then use ps 1.4 instead of 2.0. It will be britghter and it will be a little blurry, but at the same time will run much smoother.

And you can choose graphic settings in the menu that will pop up after you run the DVD with the game. But you can only change resolution there.
