Wesker's Extra Report

I have a question about it. Is it official? Or is what is written mererly half-made info to satisfy?

I found a link for the english translation and let me say if it is true then that file holds alot of info about Biohazard which I have not seen anywhere else.

Yeah, I figured it should be official, but it seems I mistook a report for being Wesker's Extra Report while it isn't.

Here is what i found. I thought it was surprisingly long, but since this is not Wesker's Extra Report its probably not official.

As Prime Blue said, that's not Wesker's extra report. I think it's been fabricated by a fan.
I've got my own copy of Wesker's extra Report, and got a friend to do a very quick translation, and it's close enough to what Prime Blue posted, just not in as much detail.
