i think its a message meaning that capcom will stop at nothing untill the've made as much money as they can off of RE .... thats just a point out that they wont let umbrella die...

Yea I remember this. I know it has that message on the Gamecude verison but sure of the others. I only beat it a few times on Playstation so I'm not sure.
