Yea the whole thing about mugen is the variety of characters you can play as, everyone from ryu to scorpion to peter griffin.

It would be cool if someone took the mugen engine and made it a solely resident evil fighting game. It would be as random and pointless as the teenage mutant ninja turtles fightng game, but also just as fun

The game is, unfortunately, in beta stage for almost 2 years now and I doubt it would be ever finished. But it is still fun to play.
