I have no idea where people get the idea that there was ever anything between Jill & Carlos. She did not reciprocate any feelings for the putz. Besides, he is a one-hit wonder character who didn't even get an epilogue file in the exact same game that he was featured in. We'll never see him again.

As for Steve & Claire...don't wish that upon the young Redfield sibling. Steve was a nasally-voiced douche that kicked the bucket. We'll never see him again either.
