Well, most scenarios in UC involve two characters, so they're not talking to themselves. The only other character who was was Ada. But at least she had a decent voice.
Rebecca was the only one in UC who sounded more annoying than Wesker.

Yes he did. His dialogue was so much more terrible than in previous games
    B-U-L-L-S-H-I-T.

There is NO dialogue ever in the history of RE worse than Code Veronica.
    None.

Chris...oh little fishy, come see my hook.

Sure i'm not human anymore, but look at the power i've gained.

Then there's the giant amount of evil laughter.

It's stomach-turning how bad Wesker's dialogue and voice-acting was in CVX. Waugh isn't to blame though. He's very good at it as seen in Zero and 4. Just bad script sand voice-directing.

    He was talking to himself
Everyone talked to themselves in UC. It's called telling the story for the player.

I guess the fact that the new voice actor did a beyond horrible job didn't help.
Actually, compared to most RE voice-actors, he was positively brilliant.

Hahah, Wesker was saying some funny shit in the Mansion level, while fighting Lisa and destroying the other B.O.W.'s.

    "She must like me."
    "No time to play."
"She appears to be stalking me."

Yeah... So when they butchered him in Umbrella Chronicles, that really says something about the state of RE right now.

Both Wesker and Chris, but I voted Wesker, actually he's the soul of RE

Yeah, but you also weren't the one who was complaining about the loading in Outbreak.

But in any other game, you see games like Mortal Kombat Unchained for PSP, or virtually any PSP game that was ported over from PS2, they're always complaining about loading times.
Besides, if you're gonna give Metal Gear Solid a good score, it means you liked the 30 minute cinematics, and if you did, chances are you DO have the patience for a 3 minute install. It's like, getting ALL the loading out of the way beforehand.
I brought MGS4 home at 11am on June 12th and played it straight through until 2am on June 13th, and watched the ending...so the installs and loading in between cutscenes didn't bother me one ioda. 15 hours, 29 minutes on my first playthrough.

    It's quite the contrary.

People are so impatient these days. That's why games get a lower ranking for loading screens these days. Where are we in such a hurry to?

I guess I know what you mean. Outbreak wasn't that good... those downloading screens get into my nevers.... I really like its graphics and gameplay but you know... I'm not that kind of person who sits and wait everytime I open a door...
