im pretty sure she didn't die, she was possibly still alive until the events of RE2 and 3, maybe ever after that.

Could she be one of the returning monsters in RE5. Hm doubt it but would be very cool.

teah that would br really cool, if you remember on the trailer there was a part in a dark cave were you have to hold a torch to see, it would be cool if Lisa turned up in there.

and if both Jill and Chris were together, it would be exta cool cause Lisa would want to get her revenge on them, and Wesker too.

Hm I dunno I'm pretty sure that Wesker says a few times in Umbrella Chronicles that she is invicible and also in the remake, says something like they tried several ways to kill her and couldnt so in the end gave up and locked her away.

Nah,when wesker left the mansion in UC the shandelier fell on her, plus with the explosion of the lab it would of killed her. Remember, the self destruct was there to wipe out any trace of umbrella or the bioweapons.

Hey I liked the original The Blob. A great classic sci-fi flick.
But the one in Outbreak 2 just didn't interest me.

So? There are stll monsters left in the crater that was Raccoon City and that was a nucklear blast. They tried, quite a lot, to kill off Lisa Trevor and nothing ever worked. Honestly, given she was quite a distance from the self destruct and given her nature, I think it more likely she survived.

The light hitting her is like a helicopter taking out Nemesis. Not blood likely.
