I'm sure there are early builds that have more variations and such, but the only thing I'm aware of that is close to a beta is some near-final version that has only a few small changes, not sure what they are.Originally posted by riderkid View Postcool, new beta news...where there ever and beta tests for RE3?sigpic

The "final beta". I love it.
That's the one beta to rule them all.Last edited by Mr. Spencer; 12-14-2008, 07:18 AM.See you in hell.

Without going into a huge ammount of detail....essentially a monkey managed to get hold of and play some 1.5 at about the same time someone was auctioning off a copy. At first it looked like he bought it, and was acting exceptionally prickish, but Dot later said the Curator didn't actually have a copy. Who exactly does, and how Curator got to play and record so much new 1.5 stuff, is still a bit of a mystery.Originally posted by missvalentine View Postwhat is the Playstation Museum incident?
i need to research this RE 1.5 more, looks interesting, i saw some videos on youtube before but don't know much about it.
On the plus side...we know copies become available for sail and even though it was this time last year and everyone was broke from Chrismas shopping the community managed to raise something like five grand in our attempt to buy it. Which would have worked if the guy hadn't offered it to someone else for a stupidly small sum first, who took ages to take him up on the offer and the guy felt obligated to take the much smaller sum of money.
Stupid Japanese honour...

There was an unnofficial soundtrack built up by this community, or BioFlames.
Honestly, if you want to know as much info as possible for 1.5, check Inflames site:
I don't question if it is better, but it sounds awesome, and to think they'd scrap the whole thing at 80% then lying about its progess percentage.
I suggest you watch the Playstation Museum video and all the videos on YouTube.
