GTA Vice City, I think. No hang on, that's Long Night. San Andreas is for this one, I suppose. Ugh, I hate modding San An. It's such a bitch to install mods, and I don't have the space on my HDD to have all these San An installs.

Edit: Yep, it's San An. I can tell by the character pics. Nicely detailed too Good work.
