I have looked around everywhere, yet I can't seem to find the Butchers corpse?

I assumed it was on the platform high above to the right of Assembly Town, but it cannot be accessed.

How on earth did the executioner get down? Okay fair enough he jumped, but then why can't he jump across over to the rooftops instead of spinning in circles unable to get me!

This could be just for the demo, just like the female ganado with pitchfork through the head was missing from the cabin before the village in the Japanese RE4 demo..
