Yeah, I really liked Tara Platt (Jill's VA). She was gonna be Jill in Extinction before Jill wasn't in Extinction. XD I think Jill was one of the only VA's I truly liked in that game.

I think the ending of it can definitely tie into RE5, because Wesker was talking about how Spencer was a refugee in the very world he sought to control, and that sometime they would come face to face. Could be in RE5.
