Birkins hair was brown in the FMV for RE 2 so I guess a different team did it and didn't what was going on. Who knows, Leon might change his hair color for whatever mood he is in.

Greatest answer ever. Personally I think they should give his hair a new style instead of always having it flopping around, and being in his face. I guess they like it because he can always give that "cool" look when he stares out from behind a few strands of hair with determination...or some crap. Also, Leon does not have parents, because he is a God.
