I don't think they're biased against pilots. Look at Brad. He appears in three games (RE1, RE2 and RE3) and even gets an in game love scene with the Nemesis!

And I think they are discriminatory against pilots. Kevin from Bravo team is all clawed up in REmake in the intro, Brad gets tentacle'd, and then Mike and Kirk both get effed up with explosives. At least Barry made it out alive saving Jill and Carlos! XD
