I've had a hard time finding this mod does anyone own it or know where to find this.

It's not released and has been cancelled. It's creator is currently working on a new mod called Dark Biohazard instead.

Thank you for your answer I will kindly wait for dark biohazard instead then ive seen the footage it's pretty amazing too bad a project like that might take 2-3 years depending how much these guys take to work on it.

Sadly, I'm gonna take Dark Biohazard as a Duke Nukem Forever situation. We've only gotten 2 trailers, and not much work is going on (apparently).

I talked to c2keo just the other day and things have been slow for a bit, but coming soon there will be a lot more work done for the mod. But I doubt a new trailer will be out for quite a while.
