save flash grenades and then when you go to the regenerater lab kill em with that, make sure you bring semi auto rifle and un-freeze the thermal scope killing regeneraters if they drop their money it like 10k each. a very secret thing about the hand cannon is that after you beat the game twice atleast have like 500000 pstas then you can buy it upgrade it all the way and youll get unlimited ammo!!!!
