I thing he was partially accepted, he wasn't totally accepted because if so, the tentacles would have gone under his skin, but he had control, I think, thanks to his virus

I think the heat from the volcano weakened his control over the virus, thus creating a more drastic mutation.

They did go under his skin, didn't they? When he's formed those tentacles and the game shows his face, you can see the tentacles coming out of his body.

yeah, but he wasn't the "perfect human-uroboros" since he was "ugly" with the tentacles, I think the black-tentacle-cells were suposed to stay under the skin, like... normal cells

Now...i haven't played the game paying attention to the storyline since probably the first time i played through...but did Wesker inject himself with Uroboros?

Obviously i know you "overdose" Wesker, but was that even confirmed to be Uroboros?

Wesker didn't inject himself...he punched through a missile, and the virus/parasites entered his body that way. You see them coming out and wrapping around his arm.

Good point. It also could have something to do with the serum Chris injected him with.
