I can't wait to get more news on this game. We need some videos and images. Based on that image I think it is safe to say that zombies are returning, and that it could very well be in Raccoon City again. I hope the game is like Outbreak, but even if it isn't like Outbreak, it is most likely not going to be over-the-shoulder like RE4/5 since supposedly Capcom is doing something new for this game. Can't wait to see what they show us. Hopefully we will get some news soon. Could be the closest thing we will get to Resident Evil going back to its roots.
