Resident Evil 2 N64 --EX-FILES-- Need help

hello
I am playing Re 2 for the N64 on my emulator..I am searchin all EX-Files.
I have found 14 from 16 files..
These files are missing:

Operation Instructions
and
Raccoon Pamphlet

Is somone here who can tell me where i can find these files?

Found:
On one of the bookshelves on the balcony in the
library, near the weakened section of the floor. Just
check them all, and you'll find this.


Operation Instructions

Found:
On the body of an Umbrella operative in the sewer. The
body in question is in the first tunnel you enter, at the far
end past the fan; you'll have to take whatever item he's carrying
and search him again. This is the same alcove where Leon
finds the wolf medal

I have found the Raccon Pamphlet,but i dont find the Operation Instruction...are you sure that this files is in this place you say?

Is there a guide about the location of everyone of the EX files?

It exist a guide for the N64 version,but there not all of these files in this book..I dont know why

Many of the EX files allude to RE3, RE0, and even CV.
