It sounds like a mixture of a lot of different games. REmake definately.... theres even a bit of what sounds like Re2 in there. Then when it picks up near the end sounds a lot like the action music from zero itself. -

Ah, it just sounded like it was off the Symphony Op.91 Crime and Punishment one with some slight changes (as the first track in the trailer sounds like a mixture of the Mansion floor arrangements, including the one that has some piano over the main theme).

It sounds like an orchestral arrangement of the First Floor Mansion Theme.
