Well, the green herb healed you, the blue herb cured poison, maybe the pink herb would cure the poison and heal you at the same time.

That's a nice theory. However, aren't there only like two parts in RE0 that you can get actually get poisoned in? You know, the first and third training facility basement levels with the spiders? If such, it would seem strange to have a new herb that would cure poison and heal you. Perhaps Capcom had planned to put more spiders throughout the game but changed their minds? Maybe I'm wrong...

Or one of the other monsters could do it, maybe. I always though poison zombies might be fun, and since leaches already have an anistehtic bite it wouldn't be too big a stretch to say it had been mutated too, into a poison.

I loved the poisonous plant zombies from the Flashback scenario in Outbreak. They looked really freaky, even if they were a bit frustrating.

Pink Herb? Maybe it was a special herb used for certain enemies. I remember in CV, the poisoned that Alexander emitted couldn't be cured with the blue herbs and Alexia haf create a special serum.

No. If Marcus had created a cure then Wesker and Birkin would have it and the antidote would be around in the other games too.

Wouldn't make much sense for the cure to the virus to be natural, would it? The T-Virus wasn't ready made in plant form, so I doubt a cure would be too

It'll be a cure for poison they removed a pink first aid variant from re2 also.

It's lavender, it was a scented item for Rebecca. Nintendo wouldn't devellop scratch and sniff so Shinjisama ordered it deleted.

I suppose the pink herb had to be some kind of healing item, obviously. Psyche would be an interesting twist to an RE gameplay, through it seems they tried that with the 3rd beta of RE4(Hookman and creepy dolls).

Or maybe it was like Gauntlet Legends. "Billy" needs "pink herb" badly.

My theroy is,that the pink herb is an unused item,because there are no textures on the disc.If there are textures on the disc like the texture from the wind emblem key you can use this item in the game.To bad that only the train level is playable
