That has nothing to do with framerate, but refresh rate. And unless its a high end TV, all it is doing is processing a 60hz (or 50hz PAL) signal.

The Project Umbrella clips have lower quality than those mkv files and due to their 4.1 profile they cause crashes in my video programm xD (the project Umbrella once)

BTW can you tell me how large the files are all in all?

I have uploaded them to Project Umbrella and deleted from my HDD. They've been ready for months, but News Bot hasn't made them publicly available yet.

Most non-native-english-speakers prefer the subs on. I've captured them again without subs this time for Project Umbrella but I think News Bot hasn't updated the site yet. (*PMs him*)

For me the Xbox 360 vesion in 1080 pixel and 200 frames per sec still looks better xD (even if the game is nativve 720p) but seriously why mkv???? My video programm doesnt recognize them, why not mp4 xD no offence and why didnt you set the subtitles off it ruins the perfect quality, i know i kinda sound ungrateful but dont get me serious lols

Maybe. I have yet to try the mod. I know it works only in dx9 mode though.
I just have to finish doing the cutscenes for Project Umbrella first, hopefully today I'll have them all ready.
