I'd would have liked to see how the series would've went if they completed RE 3.5. That looked badass.

Me too. It actually looked creepy, although some of the enemies (hookman, the little dolls) felt a bit out-of-place. But it still looked very fun to explore, and certainly seemed to play much more like the classic games.

Someone said it before, that it would be really awesome, but it could only last for one game. Say that the mansion, hookman, dolls, etc. are all an illusion in Leon's mind in his hazy state as his body tries to fight off the Progenitor Virus in him while he tries to find a cure. That would be pretty cool. But again, as it's just a trick of the mind, it'd have to be just one game.
