Resident Evil 2 PC version (US)

Long story short, I lost all my saves for the pc version of RE2. Can anyone point me in the right direction or hook me up with an all unlocked save?

The PC version is not done by saves but rather the Registry. Run Regedit, go to Local_machine\software\capcom\Resident Evil 2\ and change the special hex value to FFFFFFFF as well as all the gallery1~5 entries and that'll unlock everything.
