Scariest part of RE2?

to be all honest when i first played this game xD hahha everything scared the hell out of me but its worse first time i played re 3 i had to turn off the consol all the time xD

For me, it'll have to be Mr. X.
Ugh, even this last time I played it, I had forgotten there's an area where you have to fight him twice in a row, once in the room with the cog (I think is what its called?), and again right out in the hallway.
So, I'm all "Ok, now all I have to do is--AGH!"
I was cursing myself for having waited so long to play again.

And of course the licker dropping down from the skylight, and the giant zombie out in the shed, with his little girlfriend, when you try to go through the door.

lol..for me it was in Claire's scenario just as Sherry and Claire escape into the sewer and William just strolls on by... it was very unnerving.
