According to the site above, apparently a new Resident Evil game is being developed by the hands of the Socom Team. Rumored to be multiplayer on the PS3 and 360.
*Hopes it's File #3 or at least a game similar to Outbreak.*
*Hopes all developers are killed in a zombie outbreak*
Maybe I'm just a nice guy (haha, oh, it's funny 'cos it's wrong) but I'd like to at least see them try and fail and then be eaten by zombies than never get to try at all. My way of thinking is this...if they make a shitty game, well, we have another shitty RE game. Such is life. And, yes, I know they made SOCOM. But a shitty game is better than no game at all. It can't be worse than, say, Darkside Chronicles.
On the other hand, if they get there shit to together and make a good game then we saved there delicious developer brains for something useful. We can jar the brains, and have them make games that don't completely suck. You never know.
But guys? Find a new city. Raccoon has been pretty well done. Do there close neighbour, Beaverville or something.
Beaverville? Am I the only one that got very strange thoughts when they read that?
I will agree that there have been a lot of bad RE games (Gaiden springs to mind) but they're all kinda intriguing in their own ways. Will be interesting if anything stems from the rumour.
I read this on Kotaku when it was posted (bout 20 days ago) and it's a rumour I wouldn't mind coming true because to be perfectly honest, I can't get enough of Raccoon City!
That or it's the fact that being set in Raccoon City, we're guaranteed to get Zombies and T-virus BOW's with non of that dreadful plaga after taste.

Hey hey hey.. I loved the music in G(ay)den. It was so bad it was unforgetable. Good old GB chipsounds.
And yes my mind was in the gutter with Beaverville instantly haha

Hey, I actually liked some of the music in that game. I mean, yes, some of it would almost make your ears bleed, but some of it was just so darn catchy! Nothing beats the ol' 8-bit sounds
And I always thought it was pronounced like guy-den?

I was actually just pointing out that it was gay.. Yes I'm immature
But yeah the GB created some reather good beats in its time.

I got the "gay" bit, don't worry
I have a few 8-bit tunes on my phone for ringtones. Actually, one of the tunes in RE Gaiden was my message tone for a while I'm such a sad, sad person lol. I have an obsession with video game and anime soundtracks. They're just so darn good!

I'm getting more into "chiptunes" where people mod like Gameboys and use its sound chip for amazing songs. Google it sometime.
