Barry's daughters have been kidnapped by terrorists, Barry is now a elected official, Leon is sent to save them so now we will hear two girls saying LEEEEOOONNNN HELLLPPPPP. And both of them asking Leon for a threesome at the end.

It would be more interesting if his daughters are in the game as well . The Burton family enjoying peaceful vacations, but caught in the middle of an outbreak, well, it`s better for me than another worldwide bioterrorist attack.

Barry is one of the few actual good characters though. There are plenty of useless characters who I feel could all be killed off instead; Chris, Claire, Leon, Ada, Hunk, Jake (..and subsequently any hint or mention of Wesker.. ), Sherry, Quint, Keith. I'm either tired of seeing them, they're annoying or they have the personality of a sock puppet - i'd cheer the demise of them all falling into a venomus 'yawn' pit.

Wasn't there a rumour quite a while back that the future DLC for revelations would see Barry return

I mean, look at Scream 4 (Sydney) and Tomb Raider: Last Revelation (Lara) - I know they both survived in the end, but the thought of them dying was like Arghhhh!

Theres a interesting concept right there, Barry is getting much older now, what if he was faced with having to survive in that type of situation? could be a good excuse for some nice survival gameplay.

Oh and also emotional for the fans as we watch Barry starting to get heart problems throughout the game! will his heart take it? can he push his body and mind enough to survive the horror!

Yeah. I already said it but Revelations 2 to explain the fall of Tricell after RE5 would be cool.

I remember the style of the original series more and having Dante as a wise ass more than anything, but this Dante is such a douchebag.

I can see Capcom doing another RE side story, or sequel to a side story(or like ORC 2: Rockford Island), but as for a main entry I don't think they're gonna go for it right now. How badly can you screw up a game that has Chris, Leon, Ada, and Sherry in it? Well, besides adding Simmons, Carla, Jake, more quicktime events, lame BOWs(Hulk smash! Breaks yo back like a prowrestler!) another hammy over dramatic story, and the worst linear level design the series has ever had.

Just completed on infernal first ever play through - funnily enough the hardest part was the beginning.
Norman was a cake-walk, compared to Scagdead - since I had sniper rifles with 3 shot burst and the L.Hawk hehe - I had to resort to stabbing Scagdead as I ran out of ammo with only a handgun and weak wingham LOL

Infinite launcher was nice - but no new outfits? Phhf.
Guess they're all in Raid Mode huh?

Thanks for the tips; I'll give it a "shot!"

I think Capcom just need to make a less expensive RE, the 600 people team they used for RE6 didn´t helped the game to be the amazing memorable game they wanted for, so make a game with less people, less characters, less campaigns, less huge stages, less explosions, less DLCs, less vehicles and that would give less development time and the sales requirements would be lower.

More is not better, RER is much shorter than RE6 and has less content, but still most people think it´s better than RE6.
I couldn't agree more, a smaller project has much more focus then a 600 developer mess. A lower budget, horror focused game that has that unnecessary fat trimmed from it is what should always be done.

Ok, so most of them would have shipped long before the stink of the game came about, but the extra 400k implies they were selling through.

If it wasn't a load of shit the 7m figure may have been possible.

Capcom will not walk away from RE, it is by far their biggest money maker, they'll clone the movies and add Alice and psychic powers before they'd ever walk away. If you'relucky they'll reboot instead though.
