A portmanteau of anvil and delicious, anvilicious describes a writer's and/or director's use of an artistic element, be it line of dialogue, visual motif or plot point, to so unsubtly convey a particular message that they may as well etch it onto …

What did they change? The Ada campaign has been known about since before the game was even officially announced.

              • In case if anyone is interested, CAPCOM updated their website with some new information as well as the videos most of you probably already saw. iif you look under the 'characters' tab you'll see a new section that shows the emblems in better quality as well as some information and there is a new cross over section that is a timeline of how the story plays out.

                • All information from the DSO section:

                  1) It is not the "secret military agency" Leon originally worked for.
                  2) The DSO was established by Adam Benford in 2011.
                  3) Established as a quick response organization to protect the US from bioterrorism.
                  4) Agents are chosen from various government organizations.
                  5) Mentions the FBC but that they are not related and considerably different.
                  6) Sherry was with another organization before becoming an agent in the DSO, where she is immediately given her first assignment by Simmons to protect Jake.

                  • This pretty much confirms:

-Leon starts in Tall Oaks as opposed to China like people have started to believe recently
-Chris starts in China and his Serbian chapters are playable FLASHBACKS (probably when explaining why he hunting down Carla/Ada)
-Jake starts in Eastern Europe and then goes to China

                      • The mercenary group Jake belongs to is the "Edonian Liberation Army".

Edonia was democratized like other Eastern Europe countries in the late 1980s. Gradually, confusion was seen in its administration after 20 years. Taking advantage of this, some officers led a coup d'etat and occupied city hall. The then Prime Minister lost the nation's support and dissolved the assembly. The political party which rallied against strengthening of ties with EU countries became the dominant parrty, and the administration of Edonia gradually regained composure. However, the influences which began the coup fell into destruction with anti-government soldiers and some radicals continuing stubborn resistance.

In 2010, the country finally fell into civil war. In 2012, someone distributes the C-Virus to the anti-government soldiers of the ELA and causing the appearance of the J'avo B.O.W., leading to the intervention of the BSAA.

Isn't that basically the plot of Star Wars Episode I?

                            • Yeah ElusionM, the "someone" thing has actually been repeated for quite a while in the information CAPCOM have released up until now, pretty much knew it was Carla right off the bat.

Now for the BSAA. Not much we don't already know.

The BSAA was actually established in 2004. A year later in 2005, as a result of the "Queen Zenobia Incident", they became a Special Forces governed by the UN. Fast forward to 2012, Chris, as one of the Original Eleven, is summoned upon reports of a "new species" (J'avo) come from Edonia. Later, the Far East branch is in charge of handling the biohazard in Lanshiang, but because the incident was so extensive, other branches (North America in particular) were forced to take part to support the Far East branch.

Calling it now. "The Organization" Ada worked for in RE4 was the BSAA, especially considering the Damnation staff have already confirmed she is a BSAA member in the CGI film (and RE6 one would assume).
