Oh I dunno... Cuz' they're fictional characters, perhaps? xD Besides, Sherry has too much of an Ashley voice for me to ever respect her as a character. Period.

You don't need to babysit AI in RE6. When playing solo AI will be like in Revelations. Immortal and with infinite ammo, yet he/she almost can't kill anyone. Before someone ask me for link: There isn't one. Capcom never said that directly, but from interviews with Kobayashi and Sasaki it is crystal clear fact.

I remember watching a interview about the demo, and I think they said the AI would lean against the wall while you go through doors and things like that, easy to do in games but if pulled off good it can really make the AI seem much more alive, and obviously looking really cool as they do actual military tactics.

Unfortunately, it would be very difficult to implement a merchant system in RE6 due to the bullshit mainstream co-op that they just have to include in the game. Co-op ruined RE5's single-player experience (which is in my opinion how an RE game should be played), and I don't think it will be much different with RE6.

I can hear Helena now, yelling at the top of her lungs "I need a health tablet!"

If I have to babysit the AI to make sure that they don't die in single-player, there's no way I'm buying RE6.

I'm pretty sure RE6's single player mode will be like Revelations; you still have an AI companion, but they have their own guns, unlimited ammo, and can't die. Conversely, they don't contribute much to combat and enemies won't attack them very often. Which I think is a fine compromise. It's still functionally a single player game (since the AI partner isn't really a hinderence or help; they don't even need to be present to open doors/use elevators).

Funny you should mention that because some here think I hang out at 4chan and that said site provides me with a constant flow of weirdness... bit it's really just Tumblr.

I have to tell you, though... I have to dig through a pile of YAOI to even find something that won't give most users the vapors. Tumblr made me despise YAOI.... especially when I noticed that they started pairing Chris and Wesker a LOT.

lol Fanart rarely knows any bounds. Delving into such coves of uncovered fan-made atrocities is akin to falling down the rabbit hole while being chased by the smoke monster from Lost while Charlie Day sings "Dayman" gently into your ears.
