Vita is much better than the Crappy 3DS , and Vita games could easily be ported/enhanced/Up-scaled For Consoles due to their "Great Quality" Unlike the "3DS" Which unlikely we will see a port anytime soon , Due to its low quality compared to Consoles , we may only see a PSV port of Revelations in the future.

The vita is a copy of the 3DS, it just has better graphics, stronger processor and a shorter battery life.

Both have pros and cons but it is games that matter, both have a rather crappy amount of quality titles right now but 3DS currently has more and has more announced for it than Vita does but in a couple weeks (after E3) things could look completely different.
