--could be taken in several regards. Carla is/was clearly a separate person from Ada, but I think someone else on THIA mentioned here that the whole "clone" thing could have something to do with the original Carla dying, then using her DNA, along with Ada's, to manufacture a clone to pass as Ada. But, it could also just be referring to Ada being framed. Or, really, that line in the trailer could be nothing more than what it is, but it it's definitely curious.

I don't think so. Simmons looks like real asshole. I think he just wants power. Maybe become a president? Lansdale only wanted to warned people. He just used a very bad way to do so.

This seems pretty apparent to me as well. Simmons needed to clarify to Ada that she was going to cause several outbreaks the following day. Why? Sure, he could be ordering/blackmailing her to go do it but it didn't sound like an order to me. I wonder what kind of relationship Ada had with Simmons that would make him want to frame HER though? It'll be interesting to see where this is going.

Ada's been working for multiple sides for years. Maybe she finally crossed the wrong person and Simmons is throwing her under the bus.

I think it's already been established that Carla Ramades is actually just a clever surgical/viral alteration used to make her resemble the woman known as Ada Wong.

No, it seems pretty clear (at least once you've seen the leak) that Carla went through some sort of chrysallid change to become an Ada look-alike. She also seems to talk just like her as well. It'll be interesting to see how her dynamics with Leon are. Odds are that if anyone can tell somethings up, it'll be him. He's the only one who's spent enough time with her to be able to distinguish something like that.
