Comparing it to Birkin is a mistake. Like I said, no G mutation looks the exact same and the dog mutation looks as though it's in its first stage. Similar to how the t-Virus affects different creatures in different ways. Hell, here's a G-Zombie.



It doesn't need several eyes. It's speculated in one of the BH2 books that the only reason Birkin actually had so many was because of the amount of damage he received.

That is true, infact I personally believe Operation Raccoon City was Capcom's way of trying to release a game for the newer gamers of today but also try to give us a Outbreak styled game after all the fan pleading.

Needless to say they failed.
